General

The Parties
The seller is The Brands Archive, referred to in the following as the seller. The buyer is the consumer who places the order, referred to in the following as the buyer.
Prices
All prices are displayed in Norwegian Kroner (NOK). For orders within Norway, prices include VAT and applicable taxes. For international orders, prices are exclusive of local taxes, duties and import fees, which may vary depending on your country.
Products
Products in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other users. We will do our best to remove sold out products as quickly as possible. If a product you have ordered sells out after we have accepted your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the sold out product.
Order and Payment
The Brands Archive is an online store and not a physical store. Payment is made using the selected payment method at checkout. The Brands Archive accepts payment by Vipps, VISA, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. Once payment has been completed, the amount will be charged immediately from the selected payment method. After your order has been registered, you will receive an order confirmation from The Brands Archive by email. This confirmation contains the details of your order and serves as a receipt.
To shop online with us you must be at least 15 years of age. If you are under 15 years of age, you must have an adult place the order on your behalf. If you wish to pay by credit, you must be over 18 years of age.
Shipping and Delivery
We offer free tracked shipping to all of Norway. We ship with Postnord, Fedex and DHL. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been packed and sent. Items are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout or to your nearest post office.
Should a delay occur in the delivery of your order, The Brands Archive will not be held responsible for any delays caused by errors or delays on the part of the shipping carrier. However, we will of course be available to assist with information and tracking of your package.

Dispute Resolution
If a complaint arises, it must be directed to the seller within a reasonable time, in accordance with points 9 and 10. The parties shall first attempt to resolve any disputes through dialogue and mutual agreement.
If the parties are unable to reach an amicable solution, the buyer may contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority for assistance with mediation. The Consumer Authority can be reached by phone on 23 400 600, or via their website at www.forbrukertilsynet.no.
For consumers residing in other EU countries, the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform may also be used. This is a practical solution for submitting complaints across national borders. The platform is available here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
