We offer free tracked shipping on all orders. Once your order has been packed and sent, you will receive a tracking number by email. All orders are shipped through trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery worldwide.

Delivery

Your order will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the package will be held at your nearest collection point or post office.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 1-3 weeks. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the product, as we source from international partners. We always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

If Your Package Goes Missing

If your package has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at contact.thebrandsarchive@gmail.com with your order number.

If Your Package Arrives Damaged

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take several photos of both the packaging and the item inside, and contact us at contact.thebrandsarchive@gmail.com with your photos and order number.

Customs and Import Duties

For orders within Norway: customs and duties are included in the price. You do not need to worry about any additional costs upon delivery.

For international orders: local customs and import duties may apply depending on the regulations of the destination country. Such costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking the applicable customs regulations in your country before placing an order.
