Shipping

We ship worldwide and offer free tracked shipping on all orders, delivered through trusted logistics partners such as PostNord, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Once your order has been packed and sent, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel at any time.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We ship to most countries worldwide. Due to the ongoing war, we currently do not ship to Russia, Belarus, or Ukraine.

Shipping 

Delivery Time

Orders are usually dispatched from the warehouse within 24–48 hours. Delivery time then depends on your location:

  • Within the EU, Sweden, Denmark etc: approx. 3 business days
  • Norway: 1–2 weeks(Delivery to Norway takes a bit longer because the order has to pass through customs on the way before being delivered via PostNord. All duties and VAT are handled and paid by us, and already included in the price — you pay nothing extra on delivery).
  • Outside the EU: 5–7 business days

You will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel at any time.

Please note that our warehouses and freight partners do not operate on weekends or public holidays in the country where the parcel is located. Order processing and shipping may therefore be slightly delayed during these periods.

Delivery

Your order will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the package will be held at your nearest collection point or post office. In such cases, the courier will leave a notice with instructions on how to proceed.

Please make sure to collect your order in time. If a package is not picked up and is returned to the warehouse, a return fee of €45 will be deducted from your refund. To avoid this, please ensure your shipping address is correct and collect your parcel promptly.

If Your Package Goes Missing

If your package has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at contact.thebrandsarchive@gmail.com with your order number.

If Your Package Arrives Damaged

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take several photos of both the packaging and the item inside, and contact us at contact.thebrandsarchive@gmail.com with your photos and order number.

Customs and Import Duties

NO CUSTOMS CHARGES OR IMPORT DUTIES for orders to Norway, Sweden, Denmark or any EU country: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Spain.

For orders outside the EU such as Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and other non-EU countries local customs and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking the rules in your country before placing an order.
